The Tech Radar - Issue #03 (May 2025)

Microsoft introduced Microsoft 365 Copilot Tuning, allowing organizations to customize AI models with their data. They also announced SQL Server 2025 in public preview, featuring AI-ready capabilities, and enhanced Azure AI Foundry for streamlined app development.

 

Google unveiled new generative media models at I/O 2025, including Imagen 4 and Veo 3, and introduced AI.GENERATE_TABLE in BigQuery for structured data creation. Additionally, they enhanced security with Confidential Computing for trusted AI workloads and expanded Vertex AI with new generative models, including Anthropic's Claude Opus 4.

 

AWS launched Claude 4 in Amazon Bedrock, offering advanced coding capabilities, and introduced new regional implementations of the Landing Zone Accelerator for compliance. They also enhanced Amazon SageMaker Projects with Terraform Cloud for improved ML lifecycle management.
